Breathtaking Views of Emerald Waters and Beautiful Sunsets Beautiful, beachfront condo with breathtaking views. Condo is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo with King Sized Bed. Twin Bunk Beds in hallway and a Full size Sleeper Sofa. The 7th Floor has an amazing view of the Beach. Relax out on the Balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine or a quiet dinner. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book our unit.

Lisa was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a wonderful host and her place is absolutely perfectly. Had everything you would need for cooking. Even a crock pot! Right next too the trash chute which was a huge plus. Everything was well kept and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants. Pools were excellent. The free beach chair rentals were a very nice touch as well. Will definitely book here again when we take our next vacation!

Great vacation! The elevators were a little slow, but it's to be expected at a resort this size. It also had a lot of restaurants in walking distance, so that was really convenient.

Felt at home. Just enough of space for my family of 4. I love the view and convenience of the beach. The only suggestion l have is to bring your own laundry detergent, if you are like me and want less laundry when getting home. All the kitchen amenities you need are there. Lisa was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Excellent communication from the host. The unit was clean and well kept. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean and appreciating the fantastic view! Walking distance to multiple restaurants including senior frogs. We will certainly stay again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

One of my favorite buildings at PCB. Lots of elevators that move with speed so you never have to wait long. It has a quick walk to sharkys, runaway island, and the seafood market. There was plenty of parking on the attached parking deck but we only had to use our car to drive to pier park because everything else is so close. DoorDash delivered up to our rooms so we were able to get all of our essentials easily. The room itself was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a beach trip, down to crab leg openers and 2 different coffee makers. The filter on the refrigerator is also maintained which helped cut back on us having to purchase a ton of water for the room. For the price it’s definitely worth staying here when ever available for future trips.

This was my favorite place I have stayed in PCB so far! It was within walking distance of multiple restaurants, right on the beach, and just overall wonderful! Lisa answered any questions I had, and was very accommodating, will definitely return!

Absolutely PERFECT stay for my family and I! The condo was incredible and comfy! Felt like being at home. The view was beautiful! Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Lisa was awesome! Always replied promptly and very friendly. We definitely will come back again! 💗

This condo was perfect for my 5 year old and me!! It was very clean and comfortable. The decor is great! The views from the balcony are gorgeous!! It is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping etc. The beach was not too crowded and my son loved both the pools!! We had an awesome vacation!

This condo is perfect. Great location, great views from balcony and became our home away from home for a week. The pictures didn’t do it justice in the listing, it was so much nicer then I had imagined. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the resort. We would stay here again!
