I loved that the condo was beautiful, clean and right across the street from Sharkey's and Senior Frog's. However, next time I will plan early to get a unit facing the ocean and pool area. Oh and I was also pleased that I was so close to Walmart. The staff was great and easy check in I wish it had been right on the beach but I would stay again

Lisa was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a wonderful host and her place is absolutely perfectly. Had everything you would need for cooking. Even a crock pot! Right next too the trash chute which was a huge plus. Everything was well kept and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants. Pools were excellent. The free beach chair rentals were a very nice touch as well. Will definitely book here again when we take our next vacation!

Great vacation! The elevators were a little slow, but it's to be expected at a resort this size. It also had a lot of restaurants in walking distance, so that was really convenient.

Felt at home. Just enough of space for my family of 4. I love the view and convenience of the beach.
The only suggestion l have is to bring your own laundry detergent, if you are like me and want less laundry when getting home. All the kitchen amenities you need are there. Lisa was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Lisa was a very easy to contact and was most helpful in any way that we needed. The condo is well kept and everything is available that you need for fun times at the beach. I would highly recommend using this host and booking her unit.

Amazing location that had great amenities and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Place was just as described and great value for a private condo. Wonderful place and would stay here again. Host has easy instructions with great information and very responsive.

Lisa's condo was nice, clean and provided plenty of room for 4 guest. Also first time staying at the Origin and was very impressed. The resort itself was very clean and the pool/hottub area was nice. Also the viewing area at the top of the resort is very nice to look out over PCB. We walked to several resteraunts and barely had to drive our vehicle anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication from the host. The unit was clean and well kept. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean and appreciating the fantastic view! Walking distance to multiple restaurants including senior frogs. We will certainly stay again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

One of my favorite buildings at PCB. Lots of elevators that move with speed so you never have to wait long. It has a quick walk to sharkys, runaway island, and the seafood market. There was plenty of parking on the attached parking deck but we only had to use our car to drive to pier park because everything else is so close. DoorDash delivered up to our rooms so we were able to get all of our essentials easily. The room itself was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a beach trip, down to crab leg openers and 2 different coffee makers. The filter on the refrigerator is also maintained which helped cut back on us having to purchase a ton of water for the room. For the price it’s definitely worth staying here when ever available for future trips.

This was my favorite place I have stayed in PCB so far! It was within walking distance of multiple restaurants, right on the beach, and just overall wonderful! Lisa answered any questions I had, and was very accommodating, will definitely return!
